Pathfinder 1E sheets problem with "USES SPELLS" not showing up

I'm not sure why the sheets were changed really.  Were there tons of people complaining about it?  I thought they were great... before.  The USES Spells option does not show after you press the Sheet configuration tab.  Just a think black bar with white writing saying "sheet configuration".  Just goes back to "if it's not broken, don't fix it."  Please fix it.  Its broken now
