If this does not close after a few seconds (max 15 seconds for complex cases) then an error has occurred. In that case please open an issue on the issue tracker detailing the steps to reproduce (ideally showing the error in the browser's console). I've been staring at this message for 10 mins pls help....

Hi Sizar! Your best bet is to capture a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request . Don't worry about closing the game or the sheet. The data is not stored locally, so if it does require recovery by the dev team, it's either already completely gone (unlikely), or there's an issue with retrieving the data (far more likely).
