Compendium booktemplate - an error was encountered.

Hello. I'm new to compendium development (compendium/flrpg/booktemplate). Yesterday, I was given access to compendium tools and booktemplate. After some unsuccessful attempts, when I tried to access booktemplate, I received an "an error was encountered" error with ID: dca9a1069b3f48d1961bb807641c953d. It no longer displays anything on the site. Furthermore, when I assign my compendium to my custom sheet, it tells me I don't have permission to view it. Do I need to publish it, or what do I need to do to make it visible in custom sheets? Is there an official guide for building compendiums? Thanks in advance.
