Players are adding PDFs and not characters?

See picture, the characters were done a few years ago. Now they TELL me they are just 'creating characters' and they are now appearing under the heading PDFs. If this something new with roll20 or user/player error?  If it is error, can I move them to the character section? 

Hi discomute, Those new characters do not appear to be within your PDF folder. (not seeing an indentation to indicate they are within that folder).  They are just being added to the bottom of the root.  Seems like they are added to the top when I create them as the GM, but perhaps they are added to the bottom when player's create a new character...?  Not sure.  Regardless.  Drap and drop them to the Character's folder or wherever and you should be fine.
