Selective Visibility

From what I can tell, its been asked a few times over the years whether it is possible to make a token visible only to some. All the threads I've been able to find (i dont use the forums at all) are at least five years old, and I dont current have any paid version. Has this capability since been added, whether to tokens or pins or etc? I will be getting pro soon either way but it helps to know if it is perhaps available in Pro but not Plus, for example. I do know of the trick with aura, just figured I'd ask anyway.

The only way I know of, is the "trick with Aura" which is essentially --- upload a transparent token, that's invisible to everyone. Give it an AURA that is only visible to players who control that Token. Give control of that token to those who you want to see the aura moving around the map.
