3 Players Looking for DM (Tuesday Night)

Hello! Hope you’re doing well! We’re a group of three players currently looking for a DM and potentially one or two additional players to round things out. Whether you’re a DM with a player or two already and need to fill out the roster, or you’re looking to start something fresh with a solid foundation, we’d love to be considered. We’re all in our mid 20s and bring a mix of experience to the table. Below is a quick overview of our backgrounds and playstyles to help you decide if we’d fit well under your DMing umbrella: Chas  – Primarily a DM, but has played in several campaigns as well. Loves strong character arcs and slowburn storytelling, with a heavy emphasis on roleplay and immersion. Very much go with the flow and trusts the story.  Bagel  – An anime convention coordinator, enjoys dynamic fluid combat and a strong balance between combat and roleplay. Prefers structure in their games and appreciates clearly defined rules. Happy to follow whatever system is in place, as long as there’s consistency and intention behind it. Crispy  –   Is the artist,  loves creating doodles during sessions making mini comics and memes. Enjoys a more traditional party dynamic where the group supports one another and works together as a cohesive team. As a group  – We’re looking for a table that feels like friends both in and out of the game. We enjoy being silly and joking around and having fun, but we also understand when it’s time to be serious and give everyone space for their character moments to shine. We value balance humor and heart.  We know this isn’t incredibly detailed, but we hope it gives you a solid sense of who we are and whether we’d be a good fit for your DMing style. We’d love the chance to connect and chat a bit and see if we’re the right match for each other! Additionally Info:  We are specifically looking for a Tuesday night game. Our time zones are CST/EST
Age of Innovation -  Never really replied on here. But I'm Connor, a veteran DM of 5 years looking to get back into the game so to speak. If you're interested, please feel free to reach out to me!!! Below, I will attach the style of game that I am looking to run, A little brief synopsis of what I'm thinking I want to bring to the table. An idea I've had for a very long time of a world where people disconnected to magic are discriminated against. For this world is a world dominated by magic use, and if you can't use a branch of power, you were basically seen as a form of subspecies. But when something happens to the world that equals the balance and shifts the very foundation this world, we begin our game at a critical point in history a years after this so-called calamity of Innovation.  The vibe of this game would be fantasy steampunk. To make a long story short, the calamity of innovation is basically the birth of magical electricity. Where now people are able to use enhancements and other technological devices to make up for their lack of magical ability. Before, there were only four known branches of power. Core - This is what we would say the human fighter falls this is where the warrior spirit and the heart of courage reside.   Hearth - the power derived from nature or Druidic present. Arcana - the broadest and most familiar category being basic magical power and learning. And Enlightenment - power stored upon you by some higher power entity of any caliber. And now we have innovation for example if you wanted to be an Innovation Barbarian you would have a device made the injects you with serums bane style to rage and us other class abilities, or a wizard the has a robotic arm that you insert your spell ingredients into to be able to cast your spells. I cannot stress enough that if we have a conversation about it and I understand what you're going for, I will always, and I mean always, reward creativity.  Darker element to the story, so there would need to be a discussion about what everyone at the table would be comfortable hearing. But if you guys even sort of are interested in the quick synopsis that I've written up above, please, I don't know how but reach out to me and we can set up a discord chat. And maybe we can talk about what we expect from our table
i sent you a DM !
