Adding 'All Players' to 'In Players Journals' Field Not Working (5.5E)

I created a new game that allows both 2014 (5E) and 2024 (5.5E) character sheets.  Player added his 2024 (5.5E) character sheet from his character vault.  I tried to add 'All Players' to his 'In Players Journal' field of his character sheet (so that all players can see his bio).  Roll20 then throws up an error saying "You cannot remove a character's owner from 'Can be Edited & Controlled By' or from 'Player's Journal'. His character was originally created in Demiplane if that makes a difference.  Transmogrifier does not work for Characters created in Demiplane (separate thread was already created about this from other users). Anybody else seen this issue and/or know of a fix?

Adding screenshot for clarity. Elly was originally populated in the field.  I tried to add 'All Players'.

Hi Bryan! That is likely a consequence of MyCharacters, and I assume, Demiplane import. In these newer methods, the player "owns" the character, rather than the character being "owned" by the game. GMS have less control over such characters. If this looks to be a problem, the best solution is to turn off the ability to import characters in the game settings, and create their blank character sheets in-game for them to fill in. The way our forebears did.
