I'm a doctor Jim, not a programmer - help needed to mod 2e AD&D Advanced Character sheet

Hi all, I am looking for some assistance with the 2ne edition D&D Character sheet. I am planning to create a game in which we MOSTLY play 2e, but we get rid of THACO and replace it with BAB, and we get rid of Non-Weapon Proficiencies and replace them with skills. I have read the bits on the sheet and it's an epic piece of work. I ran through the html today and couldn't find anything I thought I should be able to, and I am at a loss. Does anyone have the skill and willingness to assist us? Thank you in advance.

Assuming you mean this sheet , the second edition sheet is a pretty old sheet, although it looks like it was updated a year ago. It looks like it is built using a custom pug builder. You'll find most items split out into their own files that are then all assembled into the final html/css.

Also, I don't know enough about 2e to know if this would work, but that sounds a lot like you are playing 2e that is very nearly 3e, and it might be easier to use the 3/3.5e sheet as a base instead of the 2e sheet.

I play 2E, use the sheet, and followed the development path of Peter, and his reasons for finalizing and ceasing development on it (posted elsewhere on this Forum). My advice would be --- use the Sheet as it is. Tell your Players that you are ignoring whatever sections you want to ignore (such as THAC0). State the terminology change for whatever sections you want to rename ("We call this part Skills"). And add to Roll20 outside the main character sheet, in another way, whatever other stats your game would use that aren't accomodated in the sheet as it is (make an Attribute on the Attributes and Abilities tab called BAB; then formulate Attack Macros using your BAB attribute).  Thus you would be able to avoid needing to edit such a complex and massive sheet.

That's the one Scott, sorry I didn't name it better. I had that same thought last night about using the Pathfinder sheet vs. 2E and you may well be right. The thing is, the 2E sheet has all of the splat books automated - but that may not be a real issue. Thanks for the response.
