Custom Image for Pins being applied to all Map Pins

The issue is really as the title reads but to be more specific: The Pins are great, I'm using them currently for a variety of things but when I replace the Pin default image that shows up when you drag a handout, after customizing the Image for another pin, that handout now has that image I used to customize the previous Pin which is a bummer for efficiency if I've already customized the Pin Image for that Handout. I'd imagine that the settings would be for each individual handout, if customized but maybe I'm wasting my time and misinterpreting how it works.  If this is stupid because of something I'm not catching onto, I appreciate the guidance anyway lol.  I Have realized that if I leave the Pin on the map, customizing the next one that goes down won't change what's already placed but I guess I'm trying to figure out how to get it so when I apply that handout as a pin on another map, it will appear the same with that customized image I assign.

Hi GMSkald! Pins have the behavior of defaulting to the appearance of the last selected pin. This is a help for folks who are setting a lot of pins to keep setting the same kind of pin over and over. If you are interested, and don't mind waiting til the next API merge, the PinTool script will have some features you might find very useful. First off, it will support all advanced customization settings. Second, there is a feature that allows you to select a single graphic and any number of pins, and push a button to assign that graphic to all selected pins Last and most useful, you can set up a pin library. Complete place any presets you like on a "Pin Library" page along with whatever keywords you like, and you can use the main control panel to serve up one-click buttons to assign those presents to any number of pins. With any luck, the merge will happen early next week.
