I cannot Upload anything

No matter how small, and no matter the size of the png, jpg, pdf I it seems lately that I cannot get anything to Upload. It has worked, and now it does not work. No I don't have any music uploaded and I am on Elite Tier so I have plenty of Space. Yes, all items have been less (way less) than the 100 mb limit. I'm getting Frustrated and thinking of Dropping my paid version and going to someone else.

Hi DigDaBuzz! Since users are not in a position to be able help to examine your library and account information (and it sounds like you've done the preliminary work already), my best advice would be to contact Roll20 directly with a  Help Center Request . A team member should be able to help you wort things out. You might be able to save time by trying to upload something and capturing a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) to include in your report.
With the exception of A console Log, I have done that. I uploaded Screen Shots of it "stalling" and I uploaded The Files (png, pdf) that I was trying to add to my game. I still haven't received any feedback from Roll20.

Not even the automated acknowledgement? That should have come pretty quickly (check spam filters?). If you don't see a response by tomorrow by noon, let me know and I'll see if I can direct some attention to the ticket.

Having this issue myself right now. A 0.8mb image is still uploading after five minutes. I haven't used R20 in a few weeks, but it's crazy to come back and feel like it's super busted.
Same problem here.

Hi Bill and Ray! I'd suggest using the steps outlined above, in order to create a tick with useful information for the team. Since it is a weekend, response may be delayed. keithcurtis said: Since users are not in a position to be able help to examine your library and account information (and it sounds like you've done the preliminary work already), my best advice would be to contact Roll20 directly with a  Help Center Request . Hi Bill P. and Ray H.,  Are either of you in Spain? If so there is a block in your country during La Liga games that prevents things like uploading images.

Hi:  I have been having the same problem all day.  Small files, all less than 1 MB, will not upload.  I just get the spinning wheel, plus a brief pop-up message warning me that large files may take up to 15 minutes.  I am no where near my storage limit.  I have tried uploading when in different games.  Nothing works.  My last uploads were on Monday, when all went well.  Oh; and I am in British Columbia, not Spain.  :)
Also, I have 2 numbers: 451034 & 451561. No, I am not in Spain, I am in the U.S. Mike T. said: DigDaBozz said: With the exception of A console Log, I have done that. Now, I cannot even upload a 50kb image here because it tells me it is too large. I wanted to show that it keeps giving me an error no matter the file size, type etc.
Having the same issue here, cannot upload. Have plenty of space. Just getting the revolving load circle. Firefox, US based.
Same issue here, keeps loading forever when I try to uplaod pictures. It started happening last night and still today.  However, in my case at least, if I reload the page then the files appear in my library (it's annoying, but at least it works for me)
Today Inow have the same behaviour as what Marco reports -- I get the same spinning wheel that never ends and large-file-size warning, but ultimately in most (but not all) cases the file is actually uploaded.  So, it's an improvement.  :)  In case it helps, I submitted ticket #452795.
Thanks, all for reporting this. Over the weekend, I was able to work with a few of the other reporters who have submitted help desk tickets, and I have a couple steps to help diagnose the problem. What browser are you using? How are you uploading? (drag and drop to map? using the Upload modal? other) What file size are the images you've tried? After waiting for a couple minutes, if you refresh the browser, does the image show up in the "My Library" section? (screenshot for clarity)
Hi:  I am using Firefox v148.0.2  ("private window" mode).  I only recently updated from v147 -- likely this past week.  I have three ad-blocking extensions (Ad-Block Plus, Ghostery, Privacy Badger).  I tried both drag & drop and the "click to upload" option (in which one navigates to the desired directory on my computer to find the file).  File sizes have ranged from 25 KB to 880 KB.  As of this morning, I think every file has eventually shown up in my library (even though the actual upload window is stuck with the spinning wheel icon and never indicates success); not necessarily in the order that I attempted to upload them.  They appear in the library after any sort of refreshing of the page (for example, changing to player mode and then back to DM mode, logging out and back in again, or triggering a refresh via one of my ad-blocking extensions.
I ran into this yesterday when trying to upload maps. Tested on two computers and had the same result, the upload indicator continuing to spin without resolution. I was on Firefox, build 148.0.2.  I attempted to upload using the uploader modal and also by straight dragging and dropping on the map page and had the same issue both times. Files ranged from about 300 kb to 2.3 mb, not overly large by my standards. When I opened the game up on my backup computer, the files were there.  Refreshing the Roll20 VTT (Jumpgate if it matters) showed the files to be in my library, but not on the map page. I expect that refreshing the page would have shown the same.  It seems to help with many of the sporatic Jumpgate issues.  Having to refresh the page or waiting for a player to refresh the page seems to be the go-to for clearing up issues with the VTT itself, which is in no means an ideal solution. Thanks for the follow up information! We have a fix in progress for Firefox browsers, where uploads do complete but the interface doesn't update to show that anything has happened. I'll update when it's released.

Hi all! The fix is live now. Specifically, this should fix things for you if you: Are using Firefox, and... Were experiencing what appeared to be a stuck upload. Please let us know if it's working for you or not now!
I will try later today and report back: To answer the Questions: I am using Chrome & I have tried both the Drag & Drop & Upload buttons. .. Like I said, a few of my images did go in early on, but haven't since My first Post. Also, I have still been unsuccessful with uploading PDFs (again, nothing large as far as file size). . .I will get back to You whether I have success or not.
Also using Firefox, and after a bit the files would show up in my Library even though the Uploading 0/1 still showed.
I am a Firefox user, and the fix has worked.  Yay!
I am a Chrome User and It is still busted

An initial response in Email, and then again by someone from Roll20 in the Forum. They're talking to me, but it still isn't fixed.

I'll see if I can direct any attention towards your ticket.
DigBaBozz - I've sent you a DM asking for some specific troubleshooting steps we need to identify the issue.
