Volume Control in Integrated Voice & Video

We recently switched from Discord to Roll20s baked in voice for one of our games because one of the players was constantly getting kicked out of Discord. But, there seems to be no way to control a player's volume when they speak, like you can in Discord. Unless I'm missing something. I tried changing the master volume in my settings tab, but that only changes the music volume. As a side note, one of the players sounds like the adults in the Charlie Brown TV specials (waa, waa, waa, etc), yet is crisp and clear in Discord. No change in his set up. I assume it's because the Integrated voice is not as refined as Discord? Yet, everyone else sounds great, so I'm thinking it's not a bug.

HI Doug! There are some trade-offs in using integrated V&V over Discord. One drawback is you can't control individual volumes. All voices come through at your computer's volume. I use V&V, because I like having the video images of my players inside the game window. Also, the Whisper function is indispensable. As for your player with the garbling, that's tougher. Have them check to make sure that their input and output devices are correctly set. Those settings are in the settings tab in-game. It's possible they have a speaker set as a microphone. If they have multiple options, have them go through those.
I thought as much. At least I'm not missing something simple. We're quite the opposite. We never used video - I don't even know what half my players look like. ;)
