On the Legacy version (mostly because I'm unsure if the sepcific character sheet we're using is on the new one/not sure how updating would effect pre-loaded/built stuff); we had the Advantage system not working all night. It would display both numbers; but only the first one would apply bonuses/modifiers etc to it. EG: it would roll a 4 and a 9, the 4 would get +5 and equal 9, but the 9 wouldn't get any bonus at all. Consequently; it took a few rolls to even notice this. Lasted the whole session and through multiple refreshes and close/re-opening of sheets.
