This license is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind when using our products in publicly streamed game sessions. We want the TTRPG community to grow freely, and we believe the best way to facilitate that is by allowing creators to feel secure using our VTT products during commercial games — whether you're: A paid GM running sessions Hosting larger streamed campaigns Simply showcasing highlights from your private game online This also extends to publicly broadcasted campaign preparation presentations or other demonstrative/informational content directly related to TTRPG gameplay. How It Works? This license was made with maximum ease of use in mind and is granted automatically — no need to contact us directly. Here is the exact wording of the license: Limited Commercial License Effective Date: Granted upon successful transaction and confirmed receipt of payment. This license is contingent upon the maintenance of a valid, un-recalled payment. Unauthorized use of assets following a payment reversal constitutes a breach of copyright. All products sold via the Peter’s Starforge Roll20 Marketplace or other authorized vendors are issued with a permanent, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-transferable limited commercial license. Scope of Use This license grants the purchaser the right to utilize copyrighted art, assets, and content exclusively for: Private Use: Personal TTRPG sessions and campaign preparation. Commercial Public Use: TTRPG games, events, or activities that are broadcast, streamed, or otherwise publicly transmitted (e.g., YouTube, Twitch), provided that at least one organizer or the broadcaster has purchased the product via a legitimate vendor. Display Rights This license includes the right to display copyrighted material as part of a TTRPG session or event, including use via third-party Virtual Tabletop (VTT) software. Users operating via Roll20.net or via other third-party Virtual Tabletop (VTT) software must additionally comply with their respective Terms of Service and EULA. Restrictions This limited commercial license does not include: The right to resell the material, in whole or in part. The transfer of copyright ownership. The right to redistribute, sub-license, or modify the material for the purpose of external distribution or sale.
