Macro for Elven accuracy

Hey there. Im quite new to roll20 as a whole and i wanted to do a macro for Elven Accuracy. I saw some posts before making this one, but i wasn't able to apply their advice. Anyway someone could help me out ?

I'm going to assume you're playing D&D 5th Edition (Pathfinder also has Elven Accuracy) so please confirm. Second question: which character sheet are you using? There are more than 10 character sheets for D&D 5th Edition, and either D&D 5E by Roll20 (2014) or (2024) sheets can be used for either ruleset.  If you're not sure, then please post a screenshot of the character sheet.  Are you the DM of the game or a player?  What have you tried, and what was the outcome?
