Hi! I'm looking for an accessible, patient D&D group for my friend.  I'm posting on behalf of a close friend who is physically and intellectually disabled and wants to play from home. He's brand new to D&D, has been listening to TAZ and is excited to try it for real. He would join sessions remotely via voice call. Ideally we'd love to find a group that already has experience with neurodivergent players/players with disabilities and/or a DM who has run games for those communities. But any genuinely welcoming table would be wonderful.  My friend is enthusiastic, imaginative and will bring a lot of heart to the table. He would thrive with: -A patient DM who is comfortable adapting for accessibility needs -A group that keeps rules explanations simple and doesn't mind going at a relaxed pace -Focus on fun and storytelling -A kind, low pressure table where it's ok to ask questions -Ideally, a table especially for neurodivergent/disabled people, if this exists -Could also be a group for youth or teens-- he's 19 I don't know very much about D&D myself, but would be happy to learn alongside him. Any advice or referrals are so welcome. Feel free to reply here or send me a private message. We really appreciate it! Thank you so much.
