Add a "Represent Character" option for default tokens

When I create a character and upload a default token for that character, I then have to click on "Edit Token Properties" where I have to set the "Represents Character" to that Character. I do this for nearly all my NPCs. Why is there no option that the default token of a character automatically represent that character ? We can already set up the three Bars for default tokens, putting an option into the Game Settings Menu where every default token automatically represents the character it is linked to, would be really convenient for games with lots of unique NPCs. I found this very old post, which had some traction but seems like nothing ever came of it: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1433902/assign-token-field-represents-character-automatically
