Audio Challenges in Virtual Tabletop

My group has had ongoing intermittent issues with the audio in the tabletop for the last year. In particular, we have two people living in the same house and for some reason we always have to restart it when the other gets in. We thought it was just in our household, but then we realized that other people in our group had pairs of people they could not hear one another until they restarted their audio. We are not sure what the issue is, but we would love for further investigation. We are considering moving our audio off the site because we've had such issues.  Anything you can do would be great! -C

Hi Castle! If these tips don't help, your best bet is to get a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ), as well as press the button for the WebRTC Debug Log* and file a  Help Center Request . *Click the "Download WebRTC Debug Log" button under the Audio and Video section of the My Settings tab)
