When we log in the app asks for permission for A/V but then the actual video feeds don't come up. We can't hear each other either. Happening to all my players and me.
Hi Robin GM, Dominic L., and James E., Is the bottom left corner populated with the avatar at all? Could you supply a screenshot of the bottom left corner and the avatar? Edit: never mind, I see the issue. Escalating
Note: if you are NOT using Roll20's Audio/Video and you do not have your Avatar please have your GM follow the steps in this screenshot: 1) Click the cog 2) Switch to "None (no video/audio)" That will get your Avatar back.
Hi Folks, If you are still using Integrated Voice and Video the Roll20 Devs inform me that the issue is now resolved. If you do not see your avatar please refresh your game. If you still have an issue please let me know.
