Spam or legit emails? - "Confirm Roll20 Email Subscription Status"

I'm getting an email 1/week asking me to "Confirm Roll20 Email Subscription Status" from "no-reply@roll20.net" the link in the mail goes to https://con.roll20.net/hs/preferences-center/en/page? Is this legit or spam? I had a look in my account settings and the only email options I can see are daily digest, instant msg, none as contact options for forum boards.
One of my players is also getting emails about 'updating the roll20 billing information" which definitely sounds like spam.
Hi Dresdon, thanks for alerting us! This is indeed an official email from us, but something is misconfigured on our end – you should not be receiving it more than once. https://con.roll20.net/hs/preferences-center/ is where we happen to manage email enrollment preferences, but we are updating that now. In the meantime, I've removed you from our email contact lists, so you should not receive it again. If you'd like to re-enroll in just the newsletter, you can always do that in your account settings. Lastly, if you're willing, please send me a PM with any more details you can share about emails your player is getting about "billing information," I would like to investigate that further too. Thanks again – Clay
Cheers, I've pinged you a PM with a screen shot of the email from my player.
I wonder why you now need to confirm your Mail after opening a ticket (even Feedback) in Help Center if the Mail mentioned is the same as the one linked to the account... Was this added as SPAM prevention?
