All Players See Light Option Not Working

Hello, I'm a recent subscriber to Roll20 and I'm trying to get dynamic lighting set up for my Pathfinder game. I have everything working fine except for the All Players See Light option. I want to emulate darkvision for some of my PCs, but whenever I set them to emit light, all the players see the light whether I have the All Players See Light box checked or not. I've tried changing the permissions in every way I can think of, and it's still not working. Help!? Thanks.
Let me be more detailed in case that helps... For the map I have dynamic lighting, and line of sight enabled. So I select a player's token, which only they have permission to edit. It's on the objects/token layer. I go into the token options, go to advanced tab and give them "emits light" set to 60 ft.. Then I leave the "All Player's See Light" box unchecked and hit save changes. When I check line of sight for the other players' tokens they are all still seeing the light. None of them have permission to edit, only the player whose character is that token. So I link the light emitting token with a certain character sheet in the journal, instead of just being a plain token. Same issue. So then I turn off emits light on the token itself, and create a separate torch token that emits light at 60 ft. I only give the player with darkvision permission to edit the torch token, and I leave "All Players See Light" unchecked. I try putting the torch on both Map and Object layers, in both cases, all players can still see the light. What could be going wrong here?
Do you mean the actual players see the light, or that you see the light as GM when you ctrl-L on the token? Because the latter is due to the fact that all players see all the light generated by tokens they control, and the GM controls everything. I'm pretty sure I saw a request in the suggestions forum that ctrl-L be modified to do what we intuitively expect (that is, only show lights that the token can see).

So, when I ctrl+L I'm not seeing the lights that token sees, just its LOS? I'm still seeing all the lights available to me as GM, but the player would only see lights available to their controlled tokens? That's confusing...should change it so ctrl+L shows token LOS and only the lights available to that token. Thanks for the reply!

Jelani , Ctrl+L has a known issue when interacting with Line of Sight in that the GM has control of ALL tokens and thus has line of sight from all tokens that has "Has Sight" checkmarked. If you would like to confirm what the player is seeing give yourself control over the token then switch to player mode. If that does not resolve your problem please send me a join link and I will come take a look.
