R20 is talking about improving DM workflows right now. This is the greatest boggle to DM workflows there is. Keith is right, DDB has not shared these drops with other partners. And we hear you on custom compendiums! We're currently exploring some solutions that can help there. For characters themselves, it's not ideal, but you can always homebrew a character with specific options, and use that sheet as a template to duplicate from for the time being. Again, not ideal, but could help in some use cases!
