Players can no longer manipulate cards placed on the token layer

I GM a game that requires card play. Sometime between 16 April 2026 and 7 May 2026, something was changed that prevents players from performing any actions on a card once it is placed on the table. They can still deal cards to their hands, re-arrange them there, take them out to place on the table, and steal cards from others. Everything works for the GM. I can replicate their issue by re-joining the games as a player. With this new bug, I now have to perform all card actions for all of the players, which is time-consuming for me and annoying to the players. I was using Chrome, but I don't know what everyone else was using. Chrome is up to date. I can provide a link to an example game if I am contacted directly.

Hi Greg H.,  The Devs are aware of the issue and working on it. This appears to be a version of the token bug that they have been working on.  Note: Since you have a Pro account you can use the TokenMod API Script to set the control of any card on the table to the players.  If you need help with this workaround please let me know.  Edit: Here is the command for setting a token (or card) to all.  !token-mod --set controlledby|all

Hi again,  The Devs report that this issue has been resolved. Please let me know if it is not working for you. Note: existing cards on the table will not be fixed, this fix is for cards going forward.
