Turning off snap to grid

I have some tile images that I have uploaded, but some have extraneous stuff on the outside of rooms, corridors, etc. so the tiles do not match up to the grid. I like the grid, as it helps me resize my tiles correctly, but I do not want the size to snap to grid when I resize, I want to do this manually. Is there a way to show the grid, but not snap to it, on the map layer? I have tried right-clicking and using the 'Align to grid' feature, but it is not helping at all.

Hi Alan! Hold down the "alt/option" key when moving or sizing to disable snap.
Right-click on the map image > Advanced Transform > Disable Grid Snapping
I was able to get the "alt" key method to work, but was not getting the Advance Transform option. This game is in Legacy, I don't know if that matters.  Thanks for the help.
For a Legacy game: Right-click on the map image > Advanced > Is Drawing 'Is Drawing' has two functions: Disable Grid Snapping and Disable Token Menus. In Jumpgate games, those two functions are separated into individual toggles.
