sharing source book not working

I've got five players in my game.  I bought the 2024 PHB and turned on sharing.   But my players are not seeing the options to use items from the 2024 PHB in their characters. This is the only game where I am sharing.  It is a "free account" while we get our bearings on how things work. What other settings might matter? ------ More detail / an example: Here is what I see when searching for AXE: But here is what my player sees: No sign of the 2024 PHB items..... What kind of troubleshooting should I do?

Hi Nate,  You might try clearing cookies and cache, logging out and then logging back in. Sometimes purchases don't register due to a permissions issue.
