imported tokens/images in my librairy disapear if i change maps

hello. I uploaded some personal token/characters and they disappear when ever i change map or if i leave roll20 website. All i see is a bunch of white square with a question mark instead. They show up on the map, but no longer in my librairy. i am on mac with Safari,

Same. I wonder if this is triggered but he webp thing they started doing…

They show up on the map, but no longer in my librairy. i am on mac with Safari, Not sure I can answer the underlying reason, but as another Mac user on this site, Safari is not well supported.  It doesn't have the same functionality as other browsers.  I suggest you download Chrome of Firefox as your browser of choice when visiting Roll20.

Hey folks, it would be helpful to know the exact order of events. The most commonly encountered cause is someone uploading an image, putting it in a folder in their art library and then thinking they should delete the "copy" in Recent Uploads. In actuality, this deletes the file. When filing a graphic in a library you are really just organizing it. No actual copy is made, and the file only really "exists" in Recent Uploads. It might persist on the board for a while because of the way browser image caching works, but will eventually disappear, especially if you clear cache or cookies. This sounds like what's going on because of the report of images appearing on one page but not others. If this is not what's happening, a more step-by-step list of actions might help.
