Hi everyone! We're 2 friends, complete beginners (never played before, only heard of the game, would love to try it out), looking for a patient DM to introduce us to D&D 5e. What we're looking for: A DM who's happy to teach total newbies and explain things as we go Roleplay/story-focused games (more into characters and story than heavy tactical combat, but open to anything) Happy to start with a one-shot to see how it feels, with hopes of moving into a long-term campaign if it's a good fit Online via Roll20 Open to joining an existing group with more experienced players too, just asking for a bit of patience since we've never played before!
