You can, but that's the slimmest it goes, and even if you make it wider the edge is still cut off.

They seem to have increased the minimum size of the turn tracker and somehow made it break on adding decimal spaces. It might be better to suggest reversion since it being bigger as well is inconvenient.

Yeah this is terrible. Please revert or fix this. It takes up enough precious map real estate as it is and isn't poppable.

Got exactly the same bug on Friday evening in my TDE Group... and NO you cannot resize it anymore (make it smaller etc.).

There's a thread on this in the bug reports forum and I opened a ticket on it the other day.  I received an email last night noting that it had been confirmed as a problem. Opening a ticket is the best way to get Roll20 visibility on issues like this.  For those not familiar, in-game go to the top-left settings menu (the three horizontal bars above the left column) and there's a Report a Bug link on the menu. Also, posting to the Bug Reports & Technical Issues forum can be useful for getting community visibility on things that are broken, as opposed to ideas for new features or changes to existing ones.
