Token-Value not properly set

Hello, I'm using the 2024 Character Sheet and within the Sheet, everything works fine.  The issue is that I'm trying to add token actions such as rolling initiative.  While everything works when using the character Sheet, the token-actions do not use the proficiency-bonus. I am assuming that is because the attribute "pb" is stuck at 0 and uneditable. The actual Proficiency-Bonus in the character sheet is correctly set as +2 and showing properly, but the token attribute value appears to be unaligned. I have attempted changing the value in the character sheet and hoping for an update this way, but to no avail.  This issue is not limited to initiative, but apparently to all actions using proficiency bonus. Rolled from Macro:  Rolled from Sheet (correct): Any ideas how to fix this?  Thanks in advance!
What are the exact steps you are taking to create the Token Action?  If you post additional screenshots, do not crop them so tightly. It is much better to simply include the entire browser in the image, as you otherwise will often crop out useful information.

Thank you for your feedback.  I am not doing anything fancy, simply using the "Add Action to Token Bar" Option from the Player Sheet for individual actions (in this example an attack action):  In the sheet, it correctly shows and rolls as +5.  The token action does not use the proficiency bonus and only rolls as +3  The same happens if I attempt to use macros, referencing for instance initiative directly - it will not use the proficiency bonus
