The kingdoms of the Hyborian Age glitter beneath the stars—but beneath their jeweled towers lie corruption, bloodshed, forgotten gods, and horrors older than humanity. This is a campaign of savage sword-and-sorcery adventure inspired by the original tales of Robert E. Howard. You will explore forbidden ruins, cross treacherous wilderness, battle ruthless soldiers and inhuman creatures, and seek fortunes great enough to purchase a kingdom—provided you live long enough to spend them. Expect desperate battles, sinister cults, lost civilizations, decadent courts, pirate-infested seas, blood-soaked battlefields, and ancient tombs that should never have been opened. Magic is rare, feared, and terrible. Sorcery always carries a price, and the creatures lurking in the darkness are not waiting to be understood. What Kind of Campaign Is This? This will be a roleplay-heavy, cinematic campaign with an emphasis on character, exploration, danger, and meaningful choices. Combat will be fast, brutal, and dramatic, but the campaign will offer far more than a succession of battles. Your characters may become mercenaries, thieves, pirates, scouts, wanderers, nobles, hunters, soldiers, or outcasts. You might serve kings, overthrow tyrants, steal priceless treasures, rescue—or betray—princesses, and carve your names into the history of the Hyborian Age. The campaign will feature:
High adventure in exotic and dangerous lands
Lost cities, forbidden tombs, and ancient mysteries
Brutal but cinematic combat
Political intrigue, betrayal, and shifting alliances
Very low magic and truly dangerous sorcery
Strong character-driven roleplaying

No previous experience with the Conan 2d20 system is required. New players are welcome, and assistance will be provided with character creation and learning the rules. I am looking for five to six dependable players who enjoy immersive roleplaying, cooperative storytelling, pulp adventure, and the darker atmosphere of classic sword and sorcery. Sharpen your blade.
