Hi Vitamin, Not sure there is a stated/known HTML size limit since it probably depends on your individual system. As a data point, the Pathfinder Community sheet is a beast of a sheet and weighs in at 2.34 MB That includes the sheetworkers(javascript) and it has been "minified" to help reduce it's file size.
There isn't a hard limit, but as a suggestion, if the sheet you are building has an obscenely large sheet file, it will likely have performance issues the same way a website built with a huge html or css file would.
