Compendium sharing only working partially

Hello I am new here and preparing a game for first time players so buyed the PHB and tried the in-game sharing.  It works partially as in the character creation steps the PHB is available (see left) but in the compendium sidebar it is not (see right) I tried in the account that bought the content it also shows on the right.  Is this a known issue? I did all the typical cache etc shenanigans. No luck. newest Chrome, no addons. Looking forward to some advice.  Thanks!

Did you fully set up sharing?  The first time I did it, I didn't actually get it all corect. Without launching the game, go to the game page and select Game Settings, and Content Sharing within that. Make sure you have the correct compendium selected for sharing. You then need to click "yes" to the share my compendium with others, and make sure the content you own or have free access to has a checkmark on it (should be the default), which makes it turn green on the list.  Save that and look at setting again to make sure the game shows up in the list just below the "share with others" question. Roll20 has also been having compendium issues of late, but its workind fine as I write this. In a dual-sheet game (I see you have 5E, which is dual sheet) you may also want to select which compendium to use.  This is done in-game on the My Settings tab of the right sidebar, under Character Sheet settings (and it's apparently per-player, so your players have to set it the way they want, or you have to tell them which to pick).  I don't know if this is required (I have one set in my usual game, and have had it this was for a long time).

I am pretty sure I set it up correctly by now:  - In the character creator when choosing Druid Lv3, I get all the subclasses to chosse from PHB - In the character creator if I click on the green Compendium (see below), it works and I can open the PHB. - But if I click on the red Compendium (see below) which opens the sidebar, the PHB is missing.  - If I open the compendium in-game, I actually can see it in the item filtering (see screenshot) So I think this might actually be a bug, just wanted to check if maybe I am missing something else. For the dual sheet, I couldn't find an only 2025 option for the D&D Settings on the Game, it was always combined 5 and 5.5. Thanks again for your time! Appreciated.

Well, that means you have the correct compendium selected.  And if all you have is free content, then that should be all you need, but to share purchased content you have a limit on how many games you can share it with, and have to specify them.  To do that, go to game settings in the game you want to share with: And then select yes to share your content (you'll need to find Content Shaing in the list and expand it): And you'll see a list: the white ones are things I don't own, but the checkmark shows I'd be sharing them if I did (it's the default), and the green item shows I own that item, so because it is checked it is shared (click on the checkmark to change it): If you've done all that, then it does seem like a bug.  And you'll need to open a ticket with Roll20 to figure it out. In game, at the very top of the left bar is a three-horizontal-bars icon (the roll20 symbol for "menu") which has a Report a Bug option.
