Hello, my name is Meph [34, F] and my friend’s name is Matt [31, M]. We are looking for a long term DnD game to join on Sundays.
We have played together for around 5 years, including two
campaigns that went 50+ sessions and several smaller games. We have no
trouble committing to a table if it’s the right fit for us. We give
consistent effort both in and out of sessions to connect with our games.
We are both considerate to our fellow players. We both heavily enjoy immersive roleplay and invest in the story
and setting of our games. We also enjoy inter-party roleplay for
character development. That said, we definitely enjoy the mechanical
side of the game during interesting exploration or exciting combat. We
enjoy a good balance of these aspects, if we had to put it in numbers it
would be a 60/40 split. We both have character concepts that we would like the
opportunity to play. Matt has a concept for a Fighter (Battlemaster)
Reborn and I have a concept for an Eladrin Cleric (War Domain). These
characters have a shared backstory, but we are willing to adapt aspects
to the setting as needed. Our characters are designed to be a fun pair,
thematically and mechanically. As we said, we are looking for a game that plays on Sundays,
particularly within the range of 11:00am EST to 6:00pm EST. We typically
like our sessions to be around 3-5 hours. We would like to play with a mature group that can be both silly
and serious when the scenes call for it. That means playing with people
who are respectful and communicative to their fellow players and the DM.
