Hover Text in Chat Window

Hi, Previously posted in Macros thread but good suggestion from Gauss suggested reposting to Scripts Is there a way for text sent to the chat window from a macro to include hover text when you mouse over it. For example I have an abilities macro for my players that creates a list of ability buttons. So if one of those buttons is "parry" I'd like the hover text describe what parry does for the player to read before deciding on clicking the button to send the next message to chat. This is inspired but some of those clever scripts out there such as Keith Curtis Condefinitions which describes the condition when hovering over the condition button that's been generated. Hope that makes sense
