Hi All, This is my new D&D Wild Shape Mod for ScriptCards. It officially supports the D&D 5E by Roll20 (2014) character sheet. Experimental support for the D&D 2024 by Roll20 Beacon sheet is also included, but requires installation of the experimental ScriptCards with beacon support. Be sure to follow this post, I update my Mods frequently. **** Quick Copy & Paste Link ***** Detailed Instructions found here. What it does The GM assigns available NPC forms to each Druid. Players can then: Browse their assigned forms View a rollable stat block Transform by replacing their Druid token Change directly from one form to another Revert to their original token Use native Roll20 checks, saves, skills, traits, and actions Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution rolls use the form’s statistics. Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma rolls use the Druid’s statistics. The script also supports multiple Druids, optional non-Beast forms, transformation effects, and a GM Force Revert option for recovering from deleted or mismatched tokens. Requirements Roll20 Pro ScriptCards 3.0.22 (currently the one-click version) D&D 5E by Roll20 (2014), or the experimental D&D 2024 Beacon sheet Only one version of ScriptCards should be active. For a 2014 game, use the official ScriptCards release. Beacon games require the unofficial Beacon-compatible ScriptCards build included with the project. Installation Install ScriptCards from the Roll20 Mod (API) Scripts page. Create a new Roll20 macro named Wild Shape . Open Wild_Shape_mod.scard . Copy the complete contents into the macro’s Actions field. Make the macro visible to the players who will use it. Add it to the Macro Bar or enable it as a Token Action. GM setup Before assigning forms, add the Beast NPCs from the compendium to your game, or create custom Beast NPCs if you wish. Then: Run the Wild Shape macro as the GM. Choose the Druid you want to configure. Select the correct 2014 or 2024 rules. Turn Non-Beasts on if you want to allow other NPC creature types. Select Manage Wild Shape Forms . Browse the NPC list and select the forms that should be available. Repeat for each Druid. Eligibility warnings are informational. The GM can still assign a form that exceeds the normal challenge-rating or movement limits. Player instructions Select your Druid token. Run the Wild Shape macro. Select Choose Form . Select the form’s portrait or name. Select Wild Shape to transform. Use the roll and action buttons on the form card. Select Revert when the transformation ends. The last-selected form is remembered, but Choose Form can be used at any time to select another assigned form. Experimental Beacon support Beacon support has been tested, but it is not currently part of the official ScriptCards release. It requires the experimental Beacon-compatible ScriptCards build supplied with the project and may change as official support develops.
