Rolling Tool Proficiencies

Score + 1
I noticed that tool checks are not affected by Exhaustion, implying that they are not counted as "d20 Tests." Also, because of this, I cannot figure out how to apply Guidance or Magecraft (1d4 and 1d6, respectively) to the rolls. for context, I am using the 2024 5.5e sheet and mostly 2024 rules. If anyone has suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
I don't use the 2024 sheet myself, so I can't suggest how to add a modifier die (there's no obvious way, as the Other Bonus field doesn't appear to accept a die roll). However, not handling Exhaustion (and I confirmed that it does not apply the modifier) sounds like a bug, or at least a missing feature.  I'd suggest filing a bug report on it, if you haven't already. You might also want to ask something like "how to apply a modifier to a tool proficiency on the 2024 sheet" on the Character Sheets and Compendium forum, as that's a sheet-specific question and there may be more people reading that forum who would have ideas.
