I am having the exact same problem from <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/11769620/unable-to-move-players-unto-new-maps-with-beta-features-activated" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/11769620/unable-to-move-players-unto-new-maps-with-beta-features-activated</a>. I cannot drag maps to reorder them except to the final, rightmost position, and all attempts to drag the party ribbon (or individuals) fail, whether dragging it from the current map or from the selector at the top. I also cannot drag a map into a folder. Device is Windows 10, Chrome. Happens with no extensions. I've tried clearing browser cache entirely. Not sure if there's meant to be a hover-state when dragging things over folders/maps but I generally don't see one while dragging.
