I was running a game last night using the CoC7E sheet and I came across an issue with my game. It's happened before, and its certainly NOT a technical problem with the sheet or a bug or anything, it's more of what might only be a "Me Problem". BUt I think looking at it could provide a handy option for other Keepers. The players encountered an NPC/Monster and... "got into it" a bit... I had to make an opposed Roll against one of the players for this NPC, and realised that using the button on the sheet, it would give away the Monsters POW score in the chat. I didn't want them to know that score, so I had to roll a d100 in the chat and tell them the outcome. What I would love to see, if there is anyone working on the sheet... is a toggle on the NPC/Character sheets that allows the Keeper to broadcast the OUTCOME of a Roll without showing the "Dice Roll VS Skill" numbers. So if a character or NPC has 75 POW, and I roll a 23, the display to the Players is essentially "Bad Guy POWER Roll.... SUCCESS" while the Keeper gets the standard output. My players are pretty smart, and while I can ask them to ignore the values, its pretty hard to NOT spot if a Monster shows 105 POW on its roll output I have no idea if this is the right place to ask this, so if its not I would appreciate it if some kind person could shove me in the right direction of who to approach. Thanks in advance.
