Unwanted behavior with Unarmored Defence

When wearing armor, Unarmored defence shouldnt work right? well, in the 5.5e character sheet it still applies even when wearing armor its a possible problem for new players. im thinking that when you don armor on, it turns off automatically, but stay off when you don off armor

I can confirm this.  I have a 2024 Barbarian and dropped it a Breastplate Armor on him, which turned the Unarmored Defense off.  But I could turn it back on without removing the breastplate from equipped status, and when I did his CON bonus was applied (along with DEX) to the breastplate's armor.  Clearly a bug.  And I agree, confusing for a beginner. However, since the sheet is still in active development and this does appear to be a bug rather than a feature request, it might be more effective to report this on the thread for the 2024 sheet in the Character Sheets and Compendiums forum.
