Does it also concern the interface for placing doors and the like? At the moment, it is really cummbersome to have to place it, then change tool, then move the edges of the door.
Being able to have individual DL lines not block movement whilst walls etc do would be amazing. I'm working on a darkness ScriptCard and API, all seems to work but being able to move into the darkness without GM assistance would be a thing of beauty

And what if you have to move or erase more than one door? It would be nice to be able to select more than one at a time!
How abut lines that block light but not movement. Simon G. Pro Permalink for 12839633 Quote Report Being able to have individual DL lines not block movement whilst walls etc do would be amazing. Could you please add vision for a specific players? like a proterty in the lines that all players or some player can see through that line. so we can use an API to work on elevation, Flying and Height based vision.

Hold down Shift while dragging the selection box. The selection box becomes pink and only selects doors and windows.
But selection is still limited.  If there's a way to select a bunch of doors or windows and set them all to Locked, for example, I haven't found it. And on lights, while you can select a bunch, and right click to get a menu to change intensity, that menu is a subset of features, and, for example, you can't change color (which is needed to correct light sources on the UVTTT maps I create, for example). Both of those may exist somewhere I haven't found.  I won't claim to be an expert, since I don't do manual lighting creation (it's never been worth the time required for me). I let my third-party map-maker do that now that we have UVTT imports, and I just tweak stuff if I have to. Shift-click and click-drag selection of multiple (but not all) objects, combined with bulk-change tools, would be very useful for the way I do dynamic lighting.
Ken, I haven't played with it, but as a Pro sub, does Keith Curtis' Portal API work for multiple selected doors or windows?

You can bulk change nearly every feature on doors and windows with Portal. You can do a subset of functions with Locksmith, but that also has other door/window features. Dynamic Lighting Tool can bulk-change lighting and vision on all selected tokens in real time.

I wasn't aware of those (it's been a while since I looked for API scripts for my game and wasn't doing lighting last time).  I'll have to check it out. Thanks!
