I have been building a compendium set for our proprietary rules systems, along with a custom character sheet. The compendium is uploaded, and works *for the most part*. I have a strange problem that I think I need help with. The compendium is there. As a GM, if I click on any individual entry I can read it fine. I can open a character sheet, drag and drop an item from the compendium on to the sheet, it transfers everything fine updates the sheet fine. The compendium is shared with players in the game. For the players in the game, they can see the contents of the compendium fine. They can drag and drop items from the compendium on to the character sheet fine, and all the information transfers properly. In all respects the compendium works as it should, but one. If they click on an individual entry in the compendium it just opens a compendium page containing the words "Not found." They can see the contents index, they just can't pull up individual entries. They can drag and drop them on to the character sheet fine, and it works as it should, they just can't look at the page. I confirmed their reports by setting up a player account of my own, and was able to recreate all this. I re-uploaded and resynced the latest version of the compendium -- no difference. I left the game and came back in -- no difference. I reshared the compendium -- no difference. I tried promoting the player account to a gm in the game -- no difference. The only thing I haven't tried yet is having someone with a pro account check it, because I don't have another pro account handy. But I can't see why that would make a difference.

I didn't know it was possible to make your own compendiums - is there a resource I can look at to learn more about this?

Note that Joe's tags indicate Marketplace Creator and Compendium Curator. This indicates that compendium creation access has been granted for the purposes of creating (usually) a sourcebook. My guess is that this is for a commercial project, not a private Custom Compendium. Is that the case, Joe?
