I've submitted a number of tickets over the past couple of weeks, but they seem to have gone into a black hole of unresponsiveness, so hoping someone has some ideas. I purchased Curse of Strahd on Demiplane, but it's not showing up in my Roll20 Marketplace items (I probably should have done it the other way around). I have synced and resynced both ways (from Roll20 and Demiplane), I use the same account/email on both and have other content that *does* sync successfully. I'm out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there another route to follow in submitting this issue? Thanks!
