Hi all,  I would like to use a reaction set on a token on the GM layer to send a whisper to an instigating player's token when they move on top of the gm layer token, but only if their character sheet (I am using the DnD 5.5 sheets) has a passive perception of a certain amount or higher. Is that possible?
