Gift signature

Hello, I gave a gift to our GM for dragonlance campaign so he can upgrade to supporter and there are some issues I would like to report: - My GM does not have an international credit card and that is why I pay his subscription. He received the credit but could not use because it keeps asking for a credit card. - I was looking for a way to sign up for a monthly supporter signature for him but this option does not exists. Every month I have to give him the gift so he can try to use (and at the moment he can not because of the international credit card requirement). Please help us finding a way to solve that so he can use his credits to make our campaign better (and if possible, allow me to sign up for him). Thanks and regards.
One possibility would be for you to create a new account and pay the supporter costs, then you both share the log in information. I would be careful about doing something like that though, because they would have the ability to purchase art with the credit card used for the subscription, and that could get expensive quickly. It would really need to be someone you trust. In the past the devs have taken care of the credit card requirement for gifted subscriptions to let them be used, so you might have the gm contact them about using the credit.
wow... that is something very odd because I don't want to share my credit card information with other people and not even allow them to purchase stuff without my authorization and I want to allow my GM that does not have a credit card to have a supporter signature. I would add this issue fixing to your road map because I think that is an important way of making money (allow people to sign up for others from their accounts). We have to consider that this is a community to play with people you just met (found session available) and it is hard to trust people your credit card on that situation. Do you have something to solve that in your roadmap? For now I will tell him to contact the support and ask for help.
Bramir, Just have your GM email team@roll20.net with the account details. I will get him or her all set up. Thanks! Richard
Hello Richard. Thank you very much. I will send the email now so we can find a solution for that.
