Community Monster Character Sheet Open Campaign

I was thinking of creating a campaign for my own use with all the 5E monsters as characters with their associated 5E monster sheet filled out and even some custom tokens and avatars, perhaps some token action buttons for basic actions for my own use, to speed up the process of finding token/stats for random encounter monsters or on the fly adventuring.Leveraging the import/export tool from the Vault it seems one can import any character one has control off from any campaign... would it theoretically be possible to create a campaign where any GM can join and import/export monsters characters as needed? I understand you could still use your own prefered tokens if you wish, but the ability to import the stat info with some premade macro actions seems very good for the on the GM looking to simplify using monsters... Does this break any Roll20 rule? Is the legal terrain iffy concerning using the stat blocks, perhaps even images from the monster manual? Is this even possible technically speaking? Is there any limit on the amount of characters that show up on the import/export screen on the vault? I would particularly like to know this before I go through the trouble of making them all even for myself...

Currently it might be enough in a "gray area" in legality that you may wish to reconsider the idea. I would wait until they release the licensing agreement, which will possibly be shortly after the release of the Dungeon Master's Guide.

Regardless of the legality, i have found that large numbers of unarcived characters do not play well with the vault.

Yep - I'd be worried about the legality of this as well.
Cool idea! I think something that would allow ease of flow of Characters/monsters is a smart move
We've stated in the past that this is not how we are looking for the Character Vault to be used. Further, from our Terms of Service : "You agree that you shall not... Make available any files containing materials where you do not own or control, or have not received the necessary licenses to, all intellectual property rights, rights of privacy and publicity and all other rights in and to such materials." Seeing how there is no public license for 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons, you would be breaking this rule, putting yourself subject to removal from Roll20 and legal action from Wizards of the Coast. This is not a grey area-- it's black and white.
