Map not loading and chat tab not loading properly

As the title entails, when I load into my campaigns my map doesn't load at all and the chat tab doesn't load into the right area. It loads behind the chatbox. As well as this my rolls always say that there was an error in the formula. I've tried both Fate and 40k and both systems produce the same results. I'm currently running the latest version of Firefox (as of typing) and Windows 7. I've also pasted the error log below incase anyone has a similar log to this one.

I am having this exact same problem, the Exit Game button has also ceased to work.

Hi Luke and Kevin. Have you tried all the steps found on https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues? Especially step 2 and 3. Luke, the reason I ask is that it hints at a possible addon. We also have noticed that some anti-viruses are messing with roll20 also for a strange reason. What anti-virus are you using? Could you give chrome a quick check just to see if it is working for you?

Most of this applies to you also Kevin. Not sure about the exit button but if you can do the step 4 and post the console log, it might help out also.

Same problem here as well. Running win 7 with latest firefox. Disabled all addons and antivirus software. Cleared cache, still not luck.

Can you post your console log also, TribalxGecko? It has been noted that something is happening with firefox also but I don't know anything more about that aspect. Can you give chrome a shot and see if it works for you?

I grabbed chrome and used that, ended up working ok. Had a few hiccups at first, but I am pretty sure that was do to the other issues that were going on at the time, as it was the same time as the server problems. Once that cleared up I was in the clear. I just hopped back on now though, with firefox, and I still have the same exact problems, so it seems it is firefox related.

The chat area is messed up, rolls return a formula error, no cams work (though I get audio and others can see & hear me), it takes a long time to load (well over 1 minute), there is not countdown display when launching the campaign, and the roll 20 ads / images get stuck, or just dissapear all together. There is not tabletop map area either.

Hopefully I have the right console log and did this right...if not just let me know and I will do it again. I basically just did the ctrl + shift + k, and refreshed roll20 campaign room, this is what came up in the log area.

I use Avast free as my Anti-Virus and up until the 29th I've had no Issues. I tried clearing my cache before I posted in the forums as my cache was near full and that did nothing to alleviate the issue. As far as addons are concerned most are ask to activate with ones like shockwave being always activated. Also, I don't use adblock as some people were having issues with adblock on roll20 I noticed.

Thank you all for posting, I'm not experienced enough with this so other mods and the devs will look into this when they have a moment to spare (it was crazy last night).

Luke, could you give chrome a shot to see if it works for you? I know of some people on roll20 don't use chrome for various reasons but if you could, please try it.

Unfortunately I keep getting ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED with chrome and have tried various workarounds with no result.

Ok, I will pass this on to more experienced mods to figure out what needs to be done.
