Dealing Flipped Cards?

Three questions: Is there any way to deal flipped cards onto the table at the moment? Can you take a card laid out on the table and put it back into someone's hand? Can you flip a card in your hand, and then put that out on the table? Personally, I'd prefer that all cards from the deck start face down until someone intentionally flips them, rather than have all cards face up and potentially risk someone showing a card from their hand. It's a huge part of many games with cards to be able deal cards face down, to put cards from your hand on the table face down, and to be able to pick cards up again. I'm planning a game night with some friends and spending most of my time figuring out workarounds for this... and they're all super lame. Would love to see a solution. <3 Also noticed a bug. Hovering over the deck causes a card to pop out of the top, but if you just drag the image of the deck it'll drag you out of roll20 and load up just that image. Found this trying to drag a flipped card onto the table. ><
Aha, I found my answer buried in another thread! Shift+dragging cards from the deck or your hand puts them face down. I find this a bit unintuitive -- would rather you be able to flip them in your hand, then drag from there -- but I appreciate the functionality. :) Should work nicely. Still trying to figure out of you can put cards on the board back in your hand, however.
Ah, I'm being told by a friend that they can't do the shift+drag thing... is this only a GM feature?
