sup guys. Here's the deal: I am a TOTAL fucking newb... never actually played an RPG before... Played D&D ONCE in HS... Game completely dissolved due to one asshole totally fucking the game up with his assholeness, and the game ended before my turn (Total bummer, I was a Falconer Ranger, I wanted to falcon claw some motherfucker). Never tried playing again, but now I want to... and I was hoping somebody could show me the ropes somehow. Wouldn't even know which game to start with, but I do like the Warhammer 40k universe, as well as all sorts of other genres... I have a rogue trader core book i pulled out of the trash at an amazon warehouse that I've been skimming through, and I've also been reading up on GURPs. So right now, I guess I'm looking for an RP mentor / group... anybody have any advice on where to start? Thanks!
