Set default token for a character through the API?

November 14 (10 years ago)
Is it just me or do we not have the ability to set a default token to a character sheet through the API?

I can create a new object (character) through the API.

I can create a new token through the API and link it to the newly created character.

But I cannot set the new token as the default token for the newly created character using the API (so I can drag it from the character sheet at a later date)

How come?

Correct. We do not have access to it at all, neither setting nor getting.

Thanks Aaron.

I thought was going slightly mad.

Would there be any particular reason that we do not have access to it?

I thinks it due to Riley's dry and evil sense of humor... but that is just a guess.

Like most things involving software development it involves time and prioritization. Only so much time to go around, so you need to prioritize features that you know are important to the majority of the user base. I am sure if there was a suggestion voted high enough it would either get done or if it is not feasible maybe an explanation of why it isn't feasible.
