"Erase" only part of dynamic lighting?

Hello! I LOVE the dynamic lighting feature--hiding monsters around corners and behind objects is a lot of fun! The only issue I have is setting up "doors" or narrow entryways. For instance: I want to have a hallway branch off from a room. Instead of creating a square around the room and "cutting a hole" in the dynamic lighting line, I draw polygon lines all around; that works, but it's time consuming and really easy to mess up. I guess what I'm asking is this: Is there a feature that allows a GM to "erase" small sections of the dynamic lighting lines?

Nope, there is not a feature like that due to how the lines are drawn (vector). What is recommended is to leave the doorways or other openings unlined then go back and put another line in the doorway to block it. It would be recommended to color the second line a different color so it is easier to find and select when you need to remove or just move it.

I do what Pat S recommends. Works perfect. Sometimes you have to zoom in close to select the line you want to delete. I make doors/windows/etc red and all other lines yellow. Makes it easy.

Same here as pat does it, with 2 colors. with the lines being vectors about the only option you have I make all my walls, then go back with a different color and make the doors and just move the door line into the wall if they open it. Once you have 2 doors, one each direction horizontal and vertical, you can just copy/paste the line to all the other door places. (red is walls green is doors)
Yeah, that's exactly what I do; I just thought it might be easier to simply draw shapes and "erase" the doors.

It would be cool, and I've looked into a way of doing something like that with the API, but I need to understand Bieser curves a bit better first... Also, if you draw your wall lines in separate smaller blocks, you'll have an easier time selecting them and things in between.
