Trying to see video on a separate tab but does not work

Hello I am trying to use the open video in new tab option in Google Chrome but it does not work. It would open a different tab, but it does not show anything. How do I make this to work? Thanks, Regards,

you have to have two or more people for the camera feed to activate.

I tried with two people online at the same time, but still the video on a separate tab (or window) option did not worked.

Did you make sure everyone was using the same feed? Everyone on webrtc or everyone using flash? Did you allow your camera and mic with your browser? Do you have any addons or extensions running? Some will interfere with the proper running of Roll20.

I can see the video without any issue on the regular roll20 settings What at I am trying to do is get the video web link and open it on a different browser tab. Not sure if this function is even working. Don't see it a wiki doc in the roll20 website about how to do this.

Ah, ok now I understand. You are trying to run the video player independent of roll20. I don't think that is possible but I will get back to you with an official answer.
